Calla Belkin, PsyD, earned her degree in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, and has been licensed since 2008. She received her pre-doctoral internship training at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) in San Francisco, and her post-doctoral residency training at Kaiser Permanente, where she began working professionally as a psychologist. Dr. Belkin also worked for Contra Costa County Mental Health, where she participated in the county’s taskforce on human trafficking. Dr. Belkin has worked with patients along the lifespan, providing individual, group, and family therapy, as well as parenting support. Dr. Belkin has worked primarily with high risk populations in underserved areas, and has a particular interest in working with adjudicated youth.
Currently Dr. Belkin has a small private practice, directs the Wright Institute Recovery Clinic, and administers Medi-Cal for the Wright Institute Clinic. Before entering the field of psychology, she worked in education and community programming.
